“Replace your street numbers,” says Christina Salway of 11211 Interior Design. “Don’t underestimate the impact of little details like swapping out junky old street numbers for something fresh and modern. If you don’t have a green thumb, now might not be the time to start planting a full garden. Just add “new bark in all the garden beds,” says Kevin Kieffer, a Keller Williams real estate agent in the cities of Walnut Creek and Danville in California.
